Who We Are
Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Since 1980, we have delivered medical, nutritional, and behavioral health services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.

Your Role in Our Mission
As an FNP or PA at PHC, you will play a crucial role in advancing health equity by providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. This full-time position is based in one of our established school-based primary care clinics, offering a unique opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in an accessible, community-oriented setting.

What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed in Georgia as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Willingness to occasionally provide care at other PHC locations as needed

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
