Who We Are 
Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Since 1980, we have delivered pediatric and adult primary care, nutrition, behavioral health, case management, and other enabling services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.
 
Your Role in Our Mission 
As a Family Practice Physician at PHC, you will play a vital role in advancing health equity by delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. You will not only provide high-quality outpatient healthcare but also serve as a supervising physician for assigned nurse practitioners. 

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends
  • Location: Primary care clinics across Northwest Georgia, with administrative offices in Fort Oglethorpe, just 20 minutes from Chattanooga, TN
What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed in Georgia as an MD or DO (or willingness to obtain licensure)
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible
  • Passion for delivering mission-driven, high-quality care to underserved communities
  • Leadership Skills to effectively supervise nurse practitioners
