Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team at our Gilbert Elementary clinic location. This position provides primary care services to pediatric and adult patients in a collaborative, community-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and preventative care visits
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Refer patients to specialists when needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care
Qualifications
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
